All products and services are owned and created by Anne Elizabeth Smith, referred to herein as Elizabeth Smith. By accessing or using our products or services, you agree to abide by our terms as defined below.
Copyright:
All materials made available to you--charts, strategies, readings, consultations, audios, videos, workshop materials, blog posts, articles, social media information, tutorials and books--remain the sole property of Elizabeth Smith. Our content is provided solely for your personal and non-commercial use. By using this site and/or purchasing any of Elizabeth Smith’s content you agree not to resell, copy, or redistribute such content without prior written approval from Elizabeth Smith. Failure to adhere to this agreement constitutes an offense punishable by law.
The term "Astro*Carto*Graphy" is a registered trademark. Elizabeth Smith is not affiliated with the owner of the "Astro*Carto*Graphy" trademark or any licensees to the trademark. The term "astrocartography" has entered the public domain as a generic term for astrological mapping and for the study of locational influences in general.
Prices and Availability:
Prices and availability are subject to change on products and services. All changes will be reflected on the Elizabeth Smith website prior to new services or products being sold. We reserve the right to take legal action to collect any funds unpaid by established due date. Full payment for live and recorded sessions shall be paid in full in advance of a scheduled session. A $5/minute overtime fee applies to extra time added to sessions. Any overtime fees incurred for any session are due in full immediately upon conclusion of the session. Payment in full is due prior to classes, workshops, and retreats. Full payment is due at time of purchase for all video/digital products and access.
Rescheduling/Cancellation/Refund Policy:
If you book a live session with Elizabeth, you are required to be present on time for your session. If you arrive late, Elizabeth is responsible only to stay until the end of the scheduled session time, though sessions may be extended to compensate for late arrival at Elizabeth’s discretion.
Rescheduling up to 2 appointments with a minimum of 48 hrs advanced notice each time is permitted without penalty. If any change occurs without a minimum of 48 hours advance notice, all prepayments will become nontransferable and nonrefundable.
If a cancellation occurs without a minimum of 48 hours advance notice, all prepayments will be nontransferable and nonrefundable.
If a cancellation occurs with the minimum 48 hours notice, a full refund will be issued by the credit card service. They will then charge the vendor, the transaction fee that was incurred by the booking. In order to avoid this loss, we ask that you please be certain of your commitment to your session when you book. All second cancellations will be nonrefundable.
Your courtesy in rescheduling or cancelling with ample notice to allow for filling the vacated slot is much appreciated. Thank you for honoring our time together.
Due to the nature of Elizabeth Smith content, all refunds for products or services already rendered are nonobligatory and made solely at the discretion of Elizabeth Smith.
No Show Policy:
Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. Prepayments made for sessions for which the client does not show at all or does not show within the first 20 minutes of the scheduled appointment time are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Rescheduling after a no-show will only be permitted upon nonrefundable and nontransferable payment in full of the new appropriate fee for the new session.

Nothing said in sessions with Elizabeth Smith or featured on our website is a promise or guarantee of healing, profit or gain. Elizabeth Smith does not guarantee your success, clarity, financial status or health status. Any forward-looking statements outlined on our sites or in our live or remote sessions or promotions are not guarantees or promises of actual performance. We offer no professional, legal, psychological, medical, or financial advice.
By booking, using or purchasing any of Elizabeth Smith’s services and/or products including this website you agree at all times to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Elizabeth Smith and her affiliates, successors, transferees, assignees and licensees and their respective parent and subsidiary companies, agents, associates, officers, directors, shareholders and employees of each from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to your breach of any obligation, warranty, representation or covenant set forth herein. Simply stated, that means: you agree to not sue our company if you're not happy or something goes wrong. All relocation and other decisions are made at your own risk.
Under state laws it is understood that all consultations are for the purposes of entertainment only.
Privacy:
All sessions are confidential. Any information you provide will not be shared with any third parties. We do our best to keep your email address and all information private. If you ever feel that your information may have been compromised, please contact us immediately for customer service at elizabethsmithastro@gmail.com. We want to know and will do our best to immediately address and remedy the situation.
